Like angels, Satan materializes in human form.

An enemy, a slanderer who makes false, malicious statements to dominate.

  • The ruler of darkness.

(Ephesians 6:12). 

A deceiver who lies to trick or mislead.

(Revelation 20:10) 

Apollyon, who causes damage beyond repair.

(Revelation 9:11) 

Beelzebub, “the lord of flies,”

(2 Corinthians 6:15)(Matthew 12:24) 

Belial, the personification of evil.

(Matthew 13:38)

The tempter who provokes people to do wrong.

(1Thessalonians 3:5)

The accuser.

(Revelation 12:10)(2 Corinthians 11:14-15) 

A liar who gives false information.

(John 8:44, Genesis 3:4-5)

He reigns in the hearts of sinners and claims their souls.

A deceiver masked as a messenger to blind the mind. 

(2 Corinthians 4:4)

If Satan showed  his true character all would stay away. 

Instead he makes himself look good to lure you in. 

Satan is a liar; the father of lies, never trust worthy or believable.

(John 8:44)

To believe anything that comes from him is reckless and irresponsible.

An oppressor who hunts down the believer and pins him in sin.

(1 (Peter 5:8)

Satan is a perverter who distorts the truth to lead astray.  

Satan is a sinner, so involved in sin that he habitually sins.

He is addicted to sin. Sin is in his very nature. He is the very foundation of sin. 

Satan is a tempter, tempting the believer, to pull him or her away from God,

causing the Christian to commit idolatry of himself.

(Matthew chapter 4)

He is powerful and anxious to destroy.
